/ 2023 — year two
Our second year in numbers.
2023 was Perigon's second year of operation, and a period spent building the robustness of our impact measurement — work that paid off when we became a Certified B Corporation in January 2024. We grew our client base across banking and impact-focused Private Equity, saw revenue grow sevenfold on our first year, and continued building the partnerships and internal capability needed to scale sustainably.

2023 Impact Highlights.
PLANET
- 634,000 tCO2e of client GHG emissions — equivalent to shipping an elephant round the world 140,000 times — brought under net zero strategies, covering £41.3bn of client lending balances.
- 5% absolute reduction in Perigon's own Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions.
- On track to meet our 2030 science-aligned interim net zero targets.
PEOPLE
- 757 people directly engaged or trained on sustainability issues through our work and webinars.
- Grew our LinkedIn following by around 30% to 475, generating 16.5k digital impressions on sustainability content.
- Maintained gender diversity above 50% in our core team, adding 3 new project-based team members.
PROSPERITY
- Revenue grew sevenfold on 2022, our first year of operation.
- Delivered 16 sustainability projects for clients, with 100% providing positive feedback or testimonials.
- Submitted our full B Corp assessment and became a Certified B Corporation in January 2024.
