Our third year in numbers.
2024 was a tougher trading year across financial services, but one that proved the strength of our client relationships: around 60% of revenue came from existing clients, and we maintained 100% client satisfaction across all engagements. We leaned further into our partnership with Delta Capita, published the second edition of our UK Financial Institutions Sustainability Benchmark, and continued reducing our own emissions intensity heading into our second year as a Certified B Corporation.

PLANET
- Reduced our total GHG emissions intensity (Scope 1, 2 & 3) to 188.2 tCO2e/£m — below our 2024 target of 189.5.
- Purchased and retired 5 tonnes of afforestation carbon removal credits to cover residual emissions.
- Expanded net zero and transition planning support for clients, including broadening Scope emissions coverage for a long-standing Private Equity-backed business.
PEOPLE
- 1,065 client stakeholders engaged cumulatively on sustainability and strategy since inception.
- Grew our LinkedIn following by 30% to 617.
- Maintained 50% gender diversity as we moved to a leaner “Founder + Partners” team model.
PROSPERITY
- Achieved 100% client satisfaction, with around 60% of revenue from repeat clients.
- 48% of revenue came from Private Equity clients (GPs and portfolio companies); achieved 10% share of our UK banking target market.
- Published the second edition of our UK Financial Institutions Sustainability Benchmark, in our second year as a Certified B Corporation.
